Individual psychotherapy

Therapy sessions are available online or in-person and are held as a space for your to reconnect with yourself and cultivate healing to past trauma. Sessions include a combination of therapeutic modalities, with the central axis being Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic therapies.

55 mins | $150

Cacao assisted psychotherapy

Extended psychotherapy sessions that include a serving of ceremonial cacao. Sessions will include ritual around the serving and consumption of cacao as well as possible breath work, meditation, shamanic journeying, reiki, as well and EMDR and IFS therapy.

1.5 - 2 hrs | $225 - $300

EMDR Consultation

Reiki

Individual and group consultation is available to those already EMDR trained or those completing their EMDR basic training. There will be opportunities to present case conceptualizations using the AIP model. Suggested topics may include assessing readiness for Phase 4 reprocessing, identifying signs of dissociative disorders, and utilizing Internal Family Systems throughout all phases of EMDR therapy. Hours can be counted towards EMDR certification.

Individual: 50 mins | $75
Group: 90 mins | $50

Reiki is an ancient, powerful energy healing modality that can assist in restoring the energetic balance of the body - enhancing feelings of peace, calm, clarity, and bringing healing to emotional traumas and physical ailments. These sessions can be booked on their own or conducted within psychotherapy sessions. Sessions are available in-person in South Windsor, CT.

Insurance

The following insurances are currently accepted:
Aetna, ConnectiCare, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Oxford, and United Healthcare.

Please verify your insurance coverage before your first appointment. Copayments are due at the time of your appointment, as well as any deductibles your plan may be subject to.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel therapy appointments. Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay the full fee of the therapy session unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. Insurance cannot be used to pay for late cancelled or missed therapy sessions. The only exception to this cancellation policy is in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency.
